When teenage fentanyl addict Naomi Hawkins miraculously returns to life after a fatal overdose on her bathroom floor, she is sent to the remote Thunder Basin Rehabilitation Facility deep in the Arizona desert to begin her recovery. Isolated while she struggles through a painful withdrawal and the emotional challenges of rehab, Naomi begins to fear that shes brought something evil back with her back from the beyond the veil.

Struggling to adjust to the monotonous routine of the new age rehabilitation center, Naomi starts to experience terrifying visions of a shadowy doppelganger stalking her through the facility. Is it the drugs...the withdrawal...or has she really brought something back from the brink of death? With each passing day, the lines between reality blurs, forcing Naomi to make the choice between confronting her demons - or becoming one herself.
